Orders placed from Canada on our U.S. store are not eligible for returns. We operate separate U.S. and Canadian storefronts, and returns cannot be processed across regions.

If an order is placed on the U.S. site and shipped to a Canadian address, we’re unfortunately unable to accept a return for that order.

To ensure return eligibility and avoid issues, we strongly recommend placing orders through our Canadian store when shipping to a Canadian address.
