Requirements for an Exchange/Return/Refund:
- Items must be unwashed, unworn, and still have packaging and tags on (if applicable)
- Photos must be submitted for each item
- All returns must be reported within 30 days of purchase.
- All garments are subject to inspection
- You can exchange items for the desired size only
Once the item is received by our returns center, the return request will be processed.
Please allow 3-5 business days for the return to be processed after being marked as delivered.
Please note:
Some items may be FINAL sale and will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
*Orders placed from Canada cannot be returned or exchanged. Please visit our Canadian site to place your order.
*If multiple return/exchange requests are submitted, each item must be shipped with its corresponding return label. Items sent without their proper label will not be processed and will be discarded.

For purchases made on our Canadian site, please use the Canadian Returns Center and provide the necessary information to support your request.
If you purchased a product in a store that carries Troll Co. apparel, you will need to follow that store's return/exchange policy. We cannot accept returns online if the item was originally purchased from a retailer.
